Its dough is ready in less than 1 hour. Ingredients like pure ghee, curd, semolina and baking soda etc. are added to its flour and mixed for a long time, after that sattu is added to it and its dough is made, and it is cooked by putting it in boiling water. Finally it is either cooked in fire or fried in oil. After this, dal and chokha are prepared for it. Its price is Rs 50 per plate.
